Zorrooo — User Guide

Zorrooo connects people who have a problem (a complaint or a request) with vetted experts who solve it for a fixed price. This guide walks through the platform from a user's point of view — both as a buyer (someone who needs help) and as an expert (someone who delivers it).

What you can do here​

  • Submit a complaint and turn it into a paid contract with an expert.
  • Order a gig — a pre-packaged service offered by an expert.
  • Become an expert, subscribe to a plan, and start receiving work.
  • Earn referral credits by inviting people, and spend them at checkout.
  • Get paid out for completed work through Stripe.
