Referral Program

Invite people to Zorrooo and earn credits when they pay. The people you invite save too.

Joining​

  1. Click Earn Credits in the top header (visible to all signed-in users and experts).
  2. You'll see the program benefits — click Join the referral program. It's free and instant.
  3. You now have a personal referral link, for example: zorrooo.com/r/yourname.

On the Referral Program page you can:

  • Copy your link.
  • Share it (WhatsApp, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, email, or your phone's share menu).
  • Show a QR code for in-person sharing.

When you share a complaint or a gig from Zorrooo, your referral code is added to the link automatically — you don't need to do anything extra.

How you earn​

You earn a 5% reward (excl. VAT) in two cases:

  1. Shared complaints — someone opens your link, submits a complaint, and it becomes a paid contract.
  2. New expert subscriptions — someone you invited signs up and subscribes as a paid expert.

The person you invited also gets 5% off their payment.

:::note One reward per person You're rewarded once per person you invite — on their first paid purchase. Later purchases by the same person don't add more. :::

When credits arrive​

Your reward is Pending at first, then becomes Available once:

  1. the payment succeeds,
  2. the work is delivered, and
  3. the expert has been paid.

You'll get an email and an in-app notification when credits become available.

Using your credits​

Your available balance can be:

  • Spent at checkout on gigs (partly or fully).
  • Applied to your subscription (reduces upcoming invoices).
  • Withdrawn — once your balance reaches €100, our team processes the payout.

Your dashboard​

The Referral Program page shows:

  • Available — ready to spend or withdraw.
  • Pending — earned but not yet released.
  • Paid out — already withdrawn.
  • How many referrals you've been rewarded for.

Good to know​

  • A discount is either a referral discount or a promo code — not both on the same purchase.
  • No reward if you refer yourself, use the same payment account, or if a complaint is refunded, deleted, or rejected.
  • Joining is required to earn and to have your code added to shared links.
