Become an expert on Zorrooo, get your profile live, connect your payout account, and start receiving work — all in a few short steps.

Becoming an expert

  1. Open the expert onboarding flow and follow the guided steps.
  2. Sign in (or create your account) when prompted.
  3. Fill in your professional profile — your profession, skills, and company details.
  4. Choose a plan and complete payment.
  5. You land on a success screen confirming your expert account.

:::note Approval Most professions are activated instantly. Some regulated professions (for example legal professionals) are sent to our team for a quick review — you'll get an email the moment your account is activated. Until then you'll see a "pending validation" screen with the next steps. :::

On the success screen, if you've joined the referral program, you'll see your personal referral link with a one-tap copy button. Share it to earn commissions on future contracts — see the Referral Program page for how rewards work.

Connecting your payout account (Stripe)

To actually receive money, you connect a secure payout account through Stripe. This takes under 2 minutes: you confirm your identity and add your bank details (IBAN), and the form is pre-filled from what you already entered.

You can do this from your profile's Funds tab, or from any of the prompts below — they all open the same short, secure setup.

:::warning Finish Stripe before you grow

  • Your first gig goes live without any payout setup.
  • To publish a second gig, you'll be asked to finish the Stripe setup first.
  • If a buyer pays you before you've connected Stripe, their money is held safely and your gigs are temporarily hidden from the marketplace until you finish setup. Nothing is lost — everything is restored the moment you connect. :::

Reminders

If you're an active expert who hasn't connected a payout account yet, you'll see a slim reminder banner at the top of the page with a one-tap button to finish setup. You can dismiss it; we'll remind you again later. We never block your whole experience over it.

Starting to receive work

Once your account is active you can:

  • Get alerts for new complaints and opportunities.
  • Respond publicly to complaints, or be contacted privately.
  • Create gigs to offer your services.
  • Display your qualifications on your profile.

A handy way to begin is the main feed filtered to complaints without a reply — a quick link is offered right on the success screen.

Getting paid

  • When a buyer pays for your work, the funds are held securely while the work is delivered.
  • After the work is completed, our team releases your payout to your connected account.
  • You can open your Stripe dashboard any time from your Funds tab to track payouts.
