Messaging lets you talk privately with experts, with people you're buying from or selling to, and with the Zorrooo team — all in one place.

How messaging works

Every conversation is a private one-to-one thread. You'll find all of yours under Conversations, sorted with the most recent activity on top. Open a thread to read its history and reply.

There are a few kinds of conversation, depending on how they started:

  • Direct — a normal chat with another member.
  • Complaint — the thread that opens when you discuss a posted complaint with an expert who can help.
  • Order — the thread tied to a specific order, between buyer and seller.
  • Dispute — opened when there's a disagreement on an order.
  • Support — your private line to the Zorrooo team (you'll get a welcome message here when you join).

Talking with experts

When you start talking with an expert about a complaint, a dedicated thread is created so everything about that matter stays together.

  1. Open the complaint or the expert's profile and start the conversation.
  2. Type your message and send it — the expert is notified.
  3. As the discussion turns into a contract and then an order, the same conversation keeps the full history.

Sending a message

  1. Open a conversation.
  2. Type your message in the box at the bottom.
  3. Add an attachment if you need to (see below).
  4. Send. The other person gets an in-app notification, and an email if they're away.

Messages are delivered in real time — you'll see new replies appear without refreshing.

Attachments

You can attach files (documents, images, proof) to a message:

  1. Click the attachment icon in the message box.
  2. Choose your file.
  3. Send it with your message — it appears in the thread.

All files shared in a conversation are also collected in the Files panel, so you can find them later without scrolling back through the whole thread.

The side panel

Each conversation has a side panel with three views:

  • Profile — who you're talking to. For experts, you'll also see whether they're online and some of their stats.
  • Files — every attachment exchanged in this conversation, in one list.
  • History — a timeline of key moments: when the complaint was created, when the conversation started, and each step of any resulting order (created, accepted, delivered, completed, and so on).

Read status and notifications

  • Messages are marked as read once the other person opens the conversation.
  • You're notified in the app when a new message arrives, and by email if you haven't seen it.

Good to know

  • Conversations stay available even after a complaint is resolved or an order is finished, so you always keep the record.
  • Order conversations close to new messages once the order is completed or cancelled.
  • Automated welcome and safety messages may appear from the Zorrooo team — these are part of keeping the platform safe.
