Signing in to Zorrooo

Create your account, log in, and manage your password. You can use your email or sign in with Google or Facebook.

Create an account with email​

  1. Go to the Sign up page.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, and a password, then your date of birth and gender.
  3. Submit the form. Your account is created and you're signed in right away.

:::note Password length Choose a password you'll remember. When you later change it, the new password must be at least 8 characters. :::

Confirm your email​

To confirm your email address, Zorrooo sends you a 6-digit code:

  1. Request the code on the confirmation screen.
  2. Open your inbox and find the email with your code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

:::note Didn't get the code?

  • The code is valid for 1 hour.
  • You can request a new code after a short wait. You can request up to 5 codes per day.
  • If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder. :::

Sign up or log in with Google or Facebook​

You can skip passwords entirely:

  1. On the Sign up or Log in page, choose Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook.
  2. Pick your account and approve access.
  3. You're signed in. If it's your first time, an account is created automatically using your name and email from that provider.

:::note Google One Tap On supported devices, Google may show a one-tap prompt with your account. Tapping it signs you in instantly — no form needed. :::

Log in​

  1. Go to the Log in page.
  2. Enter the email and password you signed up with.
  3. Submit to access your account.

If you originally signed up with Google or Facebook, use that same button to log back in.

Forgot your password​

  1. On the Log in page, choose Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email. We send a 6-digit code to that address.
  3. Enter the code to confirm it's you.
  4. Set a new password and save.

The reset code expires after 1 hour. If it expires, request a new one.

Change your password​

While signed in:

  1. Open your account settings.
  2. Enter your current password, then your new password (at least 8 characters).
  3. Save. Your new password takes effect immediately.

Customer and expert profiles​

One Zorrooo account can act as both a customer and an expert. If you have an expert profile, you can switch between them from your account — no need to log in again. When you log in, Zorrooo opens your expert view automatically if you have one.

Staying signed in​

After you sign in, Zorrooo keeps you logged in on that device, so you don't have to enter your password every visit. Use Log out when you're on a shared device.
