Manage who you are on Zorrooo: your personal details, your photo, how you're notified, and your orders and invoices.

Your account and your profiles

One Zorrooo login can have two profiles:

  • A personal profile — how you appear when you post complaints and order help.
  • An expert profile — your professional identity, if you offer services.

You switch between them from the top of the app. Each profile has its own details, photo, and settings, but they share one email and password.

Editing your profile

  1. Open Settings from your profile menu.
  2. Pick a tab (Profile, Social, Notifications, and so on).
  3. Change a field — a green check appears next to it once it's saved.
  4. Click Save where a tab has a save button. Some changes (like toggles) save instantly.

On your personal profile you can edit your name, pseudonym, email, phone, location, short bio, and social links.

Your photo

  1. In Settings, click the pencil on your avatar.
  2. Choose an image and adjust the crop.
  3. Save — your new photo appears across Zorrooo.

:::note Personal vs brand photo On an expert profile, the photo you upload becomes your brand/business image. On a personal profile it's your personal avatar. If you haven't set one, Zorrooo shows a coloured placeholder built from your name. :::

Expert settings

If you have an expert profile, you'll see extra tabs:

  • Business — your legal structure (company, freelancer, or no legal status), brand name, SIRET, professional email, address, website, and phone.
  • Qualifications — your profession, diplomas, skills, and languages.
  • Notifications — choose which complaints you're alerted about.
  • Finances — see your available, transferred, and pending amounts, and open your Stripe dashboard.
  • Orders / Invoices — your complaints, orders, and service fees, with invoices to download.

Notification preferences

Personal profile — turn email and WhatsApp alerts on or off. These are how you hear about expert replies and order updates.

:::note Don't turn everything off Notifications are the main way you find out when an expert replies or your order status changes. Disabling them may make you miss important updates. :::

Expert profile — choose:

  • Notification mode — get alerted about all skills or only specific skills you pick.
  • Notification ranges — the complaint value ranges you want to be matched with. The ranges available to you depend on your plan.

Orders and invoices

The Orders / Invoices tab lists:

  • Complaints — the complaints you posted (or, as an expert, the ones you handled).
  • Orders — what you bought or sold, with their status and a link to each one.
  • Service fees (experts only) — your platform fees, with amounts excl. VAT, VAT, and incl. VAT.

Where an invoice is available, click Download to save the PDF.

Good to know

  • A green check means a field is saved. If a save fails, you'll see an error and can retry.
  • Your email and password are shared by both profiles; everything else (photo, bio, notifications) is per profile.
  • Deleting an expert account is permanent and removes its gigs and orders.
