Where Zorrooo operates today​

Zorrooo is operational in metropolitan France and overseas departments and territories. The platform accepts disputes involving a consumer or professional based in France, across all sectors: consumer goods, employment, real estate, healthcare, family, services.

Verified experts​

Experts registered on Zorrooo practice in France and are verified according to the rules of their profession:

  • Lawyers: registered with the Bar.
  • Mediators: recognized accreditation.
  • Notaries and judicial officers: official authorization.
  • Specialist experts: expertise credentials verified by our team.

Registration of experts based outside France is not available at this stage.

Cross-border disputes​

If you are based in France and your dispute concerns a company established in another EU member state, you can publish your case on Zorrooo. Amicable resolution remains possible.

If amicable resolution fails, the competent jurisdiction is determined by the rules of the Brussels I bis Regulation. Our team can advise you on a case-by-case basis — contact us with any questions.

Ongoing expansion​

Belgium is our next market. Coverage will then be extended progressively, one EU member state at a time.
