Subscriptions & Plans

Subscribe to a plan to become an active expert on Zorrooo: publish gigs, respond to disputes, and unlock higher limits and lower fees.

Choosing a plan

On the pricing page you can compare plans and switch between monthly and annual billing (annual is cheaper per month). Plans differ by:

• The tier of estimated dispute amounts you want to handle (€5,000, €25,000, over €25,000).
• The volume of responses included.
• The number of showcase gigs you can publish.
• The options you choose.
• The credits included each month with your subscription.
• The infrastructure fee schedule that applies.

Subscribing

1. Pick a plan and billing period (monthly or annual).
2. Click Subscribe: a secure payment form opens.
3. Enter your card details and confirm. Your first invoice is charged immediately.
4. Once payment succeeds, your expert profile is created and your plan is active. You can start publishing gigs right away.

If a payment doesn't go through, your subscription isn't activated: just try again with a valid card.

Trials

Some accounts may have a trial of advanced features. While a trial is active, you get the trial plan's limits. When the trial ends, your account returns to the base plan, and any gigs that go over the base plan's limits are paused until you upgrade.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

Open the billing area from your profile (Funds tab) to manage your subscription. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal, where you can:

• Update your card.
• View invoices and receipts.
• Cancel your subscription.

:::note What happens when you cancel Cancelling usually keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account drops to the base plan and any gigs above the base plan's limits are paused. You can re-subscribe or upgrade at any time to bring them back. :::

When you upgrade or change plans, your previous subscription is cancelled automatically so you're never billed twice.

Monthly free credits

If your plan includes free credits, they're added each billing cycle and can be spent at checkout on gigs. Credits refresh automatically when your subscription renews.

The referral discount

If someone invited you to Zorrooo with their referral link, your first subscription payment gets 5% off automatically: you'll see the discount on the payment form.

Good to know

• Infrastructure fees depend on your plan and on usage of the service (payments, storage, security, maintenance). They are independent of the expert's fees: Zorrooo takes no commission on fees. Lawyers fall under a specific schedule.
• Your plan sets the dispute tier and how many gigs you can publish; if you downgrade, gigs over the new limit are paused until you upgrade.
• Billing, invoices, and cancellation are all handled in the Stripe billing portal.
