Creating and Managing Gigs
A gig is a fixed-price service you offer on Zorrooo. It appears in the public catalogue and can be ordered directly by a claimant, or proposed following a private exchange.
Creating a gig
- From your professional space, click New gig.
- Fill in the title, description, and delivery time.
- Set the price (excl. VAT).
- Specify whether VAT applies and enter the rate (e.g. 20%). VAT will be shown separately in the claimant's order summary and will appear on the invoice.
- Optionally add work samples or attachments to illustrate your offer.
- Publish the gig: it is immediately visible in the catalogue.
:::note Reusable template Every gig you publish can serve as a template for other experts on the platform. This enriches the shared catalogue and lets you receive orders even from cases you haven't directly seen. :::
VAT
You choose, gig by gig, whether VAT applies and at what rate. If you are VAT-registered, enter the applicable rate for your activity (20% for most services, or a reduced rate depending on your sector). Zorrooo calculates and displays the VAT-inclusive total automatically at checkout.
If you are not VAT-registered (e.g. a sole trader below the threshold), leave the VAT field empty: the displayed price is the final price.
Editing or unpublishing a gig
You can edit a gig at any time (title, description, price, VAT). Orders already in progress are not affected: they keep the conditions set at the time of purchase.
To temporarily remove a gig from the catalogue without deleting it, use the Hide button. You can republish it at any time.
:::note Plan limit Your subscription determines how many active gigs you can publish simultaneously. If you reach the limit, new gigs are saved as drafts until you upgrade your plan or hide an existing gig. :::
Infrastructure fees
On each order paid by a claimant, infrastructure fees are deducted. They cover usage of the service (Stripe payments, storage, security, maintenance). These fees are shown on the order page before you accept, and appear in the summary of each payout.
Infrastructure fees are independent of your professional fees: Zorrooo takes no commission on your fee amount. The schedule depends on your plan and, for lawyers, on a specific usage-based schedule.
Invoicing
Each order generates an invoice in the claimant's name, downloadable from the order page. If you are VAT-registered, VAT appears separately.
Your subscription invoices (monthly or annual plan) are available in your Stripe billing portal, accessible from your Funds tab.
