Complaints
A complaint is how you report a problem with a company (or an individual) on Zorrooo. Once it's online, matching experts can see it, reply, and help you — and if you need paid help, your complaint can turn into a paid contract with an expert.
Credits & Wallet
Credits are a prepaid balance for experts. You spend them to unlock exclusive invites and to post paid public replies — no need to enter your card every time. This is an expert feature, so you'll see it once you have an expert profile.
Invites & Exclusive
As an expert, you can get private access to a case you want to work on. You pay a one-off access fee, and a private channel opens between you and the person who reported the case so you can send them paid offers.
